IMG_0193Our Small Group Training program provides an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-6 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
Our group training sessions are taught in a group, but each individual has their own personalized program to ensure you achieve the results you are after.
Sessions are limited in size to ensure participants receive personal attention, instruction and modifications when needed.
You will also have an ongoing support and accountability from your trainer and fellow team members.
