Our training process

1- Assessment

Knowing, your health and fitness history, your goals, needs, and abilities is crucial to ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise experience.

2- Program Design

Once your baseline health and fitness level has been determined, we will design a program to fit your needs, and help you create a schedule that works for you. Your training sessions led by one of our experienced, university-trained Master Trainer may include:

• Corrective Exercise
• Flexibility training
• Cardiorespiratory fitness training
• Core Training
• Balance Training
• Plyometric Training
• Speed, Agility, Quickness
• Resistance/strength Training
• Nutrition and metabolic programs plans are then customized around your goals.

3- Progression

As your body changes and adapts, the program intensifies to keep you challenged. We will even offer you tips, workout assignments and nutritional guidance for your off days or on the go.
We also offer a variety of training options and programs to fit your needs and your schedule.
You can choose to train 5x/week, 4x/week, 3x/week, 2x/week, 1x/week, once every 2 weeks or even once every month.
You can train for an hour, half-hour, with a partner, in a small group or one-on-one.
